Ginny McClarren

Sales Associate

Home Buyer ... Ginny listened to us and communicated with us through the whole process. She was knowledgeable, kind and always kept our best interest at heart. We highly recommend her.

A Michigan native, Ginny, grew up in Oscoda, a small town settled on the shores of Lake Huron. One of seven children, she grew up watching her dad build and remodel houses, which is where she first gained a passion for real estate. Ginny graduated in 2010 from Delta College with an Associate of Science Degree. Since college, Ginny and her family have spent the last ten years moving to the Keweenaw Peninsula, across the country to Washington, and eventually finding their way back to the Mitten.

For the past five years, Ginny has been servicing our public schools as a substitute teacher and volunteers her time as a youth soccer coach. “Working with children and teachers in the communities which I have lived has taught me to care for others with compassion, patience, trust, and honesty.”  She believes that hard work and integrity are the building blocks of all careers.

As a sales agent, Ginny works diligently to market and sell your home with all of the knowledge and expertise that EverGreen Home Realty has to offer. “After living across the country, I truly believe in the motto “Home is where your heart is”, you can turn any house into a home, you just have to put your heart into it.” She knows first hand that selling your home can be an emotional experience, but also an exciting one. Ginny looks forward to working with you to sell your home.

As a buyer’s agent, she will also work tirelessly to find you the home or property that best fits your lifestyle. Real estate is one of the most important purchases you will make in your lifetime, and Ginny is committed to helping navigate you through the process. "Our family has called the Gaylord community home for the past two years, and the small-town connections we have made have been incredible and priceless." Ginny looks forward to working with current members of the community and helping to welcome new members as well.
